For a skiing holiday we stay in typical Norwegian cabins or apartments — warm, practical and perfect for small groups. I provide suggestions for affordable and comfortable places to stay.
Getting There: The Journey is Part of the Adventure
From the moment I meet you at Sandefjord Torp Airport, your Norwegian winter fairytale begins. Instead of a stressful public bus or an impersonal transfer, you will travel with me in my private vehicle directly to Hovden.
The 3.5 to 4-hour drive through the Norwegian countryside is tailored to be a core part of your experience. We will:
Stop at scenic viewpoints for photos.
Visit local spots along the way for coffee, Norwegian snacks, and grocery shopping.
Enjoy local stories and insight into Norwegian culture as we drive.
Transport Cost: Road transport throughout the entire 4-day trip is fully included as a complimentary part of my guiding and support service.
Planning your itinerary
Grocery shopping and practical needs
Advice on good deals for ski hire
Local tips and easy-to-follow guidance
Being your guide and support person throughout the stay
You choose how much assistance you want — full guiding, or simply help with planning and practical arrangements.
